The partnership between Kentish and Co, Johnson & Johnson and Sodexo has reached the final stage of the prestigious BIFM Awards 2016.
Johnson & Johnson outsourced FM across a number of its European sites to Sodexo in 2013. Although Sodexo had been delivering against all KPIs, there was a degree of disconnect between stakeholders at both companies. Kentish and Co was brought in to carry out an extensive diagnostics piece to understand what was going on. As a result of their analysis Kentish and Co then delivered a carefully-constructed training programme, based on targeting the three trouble areas around governance, output-based contracting, and collaboration.
The BIFM endorsed training programme was built in close contact with numerous stakeholders. Its content was compelling and impactful and specifically designed to keep people engaged while helping them to change their habits. Kentish and Co created a safe environment for people to take small steps out of their comfort zone, and to learn by experiencing, which achieves incredibly powerful results. Thanks to the success of the course in EMEA, Johnson & Johnson has elected to roll out the training globally with more of its suppliers.
The project is one of four finalists in the Impact on Organisational Performance category and the winner will be announced on the evening of 10 October at a glittering awards ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel in front of more than 1,200 of the industry’s leading figures.
Keep your fingers crossed for Kentish and Co.
