Vicky has more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial property and facilities management sector, in both training and development and the serviced office market and commercial fit-out markets. She is a non-executive director of the British Institute of Facilities Management, and a judge for the BIFM Awards. She was previously chair of Women in FM and represented the BIFM on the 2050 Group, a collaborative forum for members of all construction disciplines to develop ideas, share knowledge and promote advancement of sustainable industry initiatives.

Ashleigh has more than 10 years’ experience in the facilities management sector, in sales, recruitment and consultancy. She is also the non-executive deputy chair of the board of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), and was previously chair of the BIFM Home Counties Region and the corporate representative on Members’ Council. She is an experienced and inspirational facilitator who is well known in the FM sector. She brings an enthusiastic and people-centric approach to her facilitation and consultancy work.

Julie Kortens is one of the best known figures in facilities management. She has won numerous industry awards including the coveted BIFM FM of the Year, and is regularly invited to speak at industry events, in her witty, self-deprecating style.
Julie led Channel 4’s corporate services division, having initially established the broadcaster’s first ever facilities management and indirect procurement departments. She is also Chairman of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). Julie knows FM, and throws herself into helping the industry and its people be the best they can be.
Robin has been developing and facilitating leadership and management development for over 20 years.
